Edi Birsan is a joker who has sold out his community for the sake of his own political career as he seeks out higher office. He's famously known as a world-class player of the game Diplomacy, in which plays build and betray alliances. In August of 2021, he decided to align with a mafia-esque developer from the Seeno crime family, who has knowingly destroyed the habitat of endangered species, desecrated the burial grounds of indigenous people and tried to cover it up, been raided by the FBI, IRS, and Secret Service, engaged in witness intimidation, casino-racketeering, bank fraud, and countless more illegal activities.

He's currently serving on Concord City Council and is seeking the open District 4 seat at the County Board of Supervisors. His public career needs to come to an end as soon as possible, and the County need to make sure that The Seeno Way is not employed at the County level by way of this particular egregious opportunist or any other corrupted officials.
