In this parody of the 1966 Jamaican hit "You're Wondering Now" by Andy & Joey, The Concordians are echoing calls for Concord Councilmember Dominic Aliano's resignation over an inappropriate - and possibly illegal - phone call made by the then-vice mayor.

In autumn of 2021, a Concord resident publicly informed Concord City Council ahead of their decision to enter into an exclusive negotiation agreement (with a developer group that includes the notoriously criminal Seeno family, none-the-less), that Aliano had called her husband's employer to see if he could be persuaded to silence her on the topic.

The young politician's egregious abuse of power in this intimidation effort in unacceptable and unforgivable. Also, pretty sexist, bro!

Dominic Aliano is expected to be named as Concord's next mayor on December 7th, 2021.
